Zinc Flake coatingor Magni Zinc Flake Coating is a new technology for fasteners coating. We have got technology from US based Magni Corporation. The innovative micro layer coating system offers high grade of corrosion protection, 240 hours to 2000 hours SST. The coating offers Cathodic Protection and is also excellent resistance to chemicals and temperature.

Zinc Flake and Xylan coatings are applied by dip spin technology or by spray technique. The coating is totally free from Pb-, Hg-, Cd- and Cr(VI), RoSH compliant and environmental friendly process. The coating is free from Hydrogen embrittlement, no chance of premature failure/cracking. This coating is heat resistance and engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealer or post coating lubricants and ensures repeatable torque/tension characteristics in assembly.

Corrosion protection and secure threaded fastening capacity through adherence to defind coefficients of friction are ensured by the use of a micro layer coating system. Zinc Flake coating penetrates in small gaps, in internal area of pipes and offers superior corrosion protection where electroplating is not possible. Various top coats are available for higher gloss, improved corrosion protection or for different colors for identification. The post coating curing process is done at low temperature and therefore softening of the hardened steel parts is prevented.
